In 2016, Qualisports, released its first lightweight folding electric bike named “Nemo” which only weights 30lbs, we obtained and secured a patent which features our hidden seat post battery design. This design makes our E-Bikes stylish, unique and distinguished from all the other battery designs in the market.

After 18K units sold and tons of feedbacks on the Nemo, Qualisports proceeded to launch our E-Bike named the “Volador”. This folding e-bike was upgraded with a 350W motor, Shimano 7 Speed shifting, 20 x 1.95 Kenda road tires and brilliantly paired up with a 36V 7-Ah Samsung hidden battery design. The Volador weighs only 40lbs and it has become very popular with commuters and land explorers alike and has also received great reviews.

Following the success of the “Volador”, we set out to push the boundaries and challenged our engineering team to recreate, redesign and redefined a E-Bike that was functional and adaptable to various terrains and cyclist lifestyle. We designed a functional 48V 10.5 Ah battery system within our patented hidden seat post battery casing. This new battery system allowed Qualisports to produce a head turning 20” x 4.25” Fat Tire folding E-bike we named the “Beluga” which features a 500W motor, which is more powerful that the predecessor, it is durable and faster than original.

Qualisports folding structure makes the folding size only 830*480*700mm, weights only 50lbs.

 It can easily fit in the back of an SUV, in the trunk of a car, RV and easily folds for ease of transportation.

The Dolphin features a 14Ah Samsung battery, hidden in our patented seat post battery system that lasts longer, is more efficient and encased with full battery-cell protection sleeve. This e-bike will allow Qualibikers to ride between 50-60 miles of utilizing the PAS (Pedal Assist) mode and 30 miles range on the throttle mode in a single charge.

The intergraded customized BMS system protects the battery from over charging, over heating, stabilizes and regulates current output.

The Re-programmed FOC controller offers Quali-bikers a more enjoyable and comfortable riding experience.

This is accomplished by the integration of our components mentioned above to provide a smoother fluid motor engagement.

We also intergraded a multi-fuction LCD display on board together with a 12 dots Cadence Sensor to help the riding experience more enjoyable . The LCD panel has the following visual indicators on it. 5 levels of PAS (Pedals Assist levels - 5 levels), battery level indicator, timer, speed, distance, average speed, trip distance, trip timer, ODO, max speed, battery voltage indicator, Lamp on/off, back lights, walking mode and cruise control mode.

The rear mounted 350W brushless geared motor has been re-engineered from inside and out. New material was utilized in the gears producing a stronger magnetic field is applied inside the motor which achieves a more powerful and efficient motor that will endure a longer lifespan.

The Dolphin has been crafted and tested under our strict guidelines and procedures. The frame is made of 6061 Aluminum which is an industry standard known for its lightweight and strength, allowing our bikes to appeal and support heavier heavier cyclists.
