LASMY Warranty
Warranty
All components, including store-bought accessories, have a warranty of 1 Years
All wearing parts are exceptions - tires, tubes, and brake pads, among others.
All parts damaged due to personal misuse (crashes, custom builds, etc.) are exceptions.
Warranty is valid in the Continental United States only.
Qualisports Warranty
Qualisports sourced Qualiebikes from reliable suppliers like Samsung, KT, Wuxing, Dahon supplier systems. So Qualibikes are pretty durable. If you have any problems, our warranty policy is as follows:
The manufacture warrants Qualisports bike frames and forks to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
This includes a five-year warranty on frame and fork.
Consumables such as tires, tubes, saddles, grips, brake cables, pedals, and chains are not covered.
All other components and add ons such as racks will have a one-year warranty (Carry bags have no warranty). Please do note the limit load of racks is 25KG.
Warranty is valid only in the Continental United States only.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
Normal wear and tear
Improper assembly
Improper follow-up maintenance
Installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the bicycle as sold
Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect(such as the battery)

ATTENTION:
Note: Refurbished 3rd party bikes are not covered by warranty. DO NOT attempt to modify any e-bike components YOURSELF; it is dangerous and will void the warranty terms.
BATTERY WARRANTY
Warranty Period:
Our battery warranty period is two years from the carrier delivery time.
Warranty Contents:
1. During the warranty period, we offer the following warranty services to our customers:
- Provide technical support and customer service.
- Free repair services, including parts, labor costs, round-trip shipping costs
- If we cannot repair your battery, we will offer a replacement battery of equal value.
2. Outside the warranty period, we offer the following services to our customers
- Provide technical support and customer service.
- Paid repair services (costs include, but are not limited to, battery testing, replacement parts, labor, round-trip shipping, etc)
Exclusions from Warranty Contents:
- Belongs to the range of natural battery degradation (Notes on natural battery degradation and costs)
- Battery damage caused by user negligence or improper use, such as overcharging, over-discharging, use of improper chargers, etc.
- Battery damage caused by accidents or external forces, such as dropping, immersion in water, etc.
- No battery charging for a long time (at least twice a month for the battery)
- Battery damage caused by unauthorized repair or replacement of parts.
Warranty Procedure:
If you believe your battery has a quality issue, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact our customer service team and provide your purchase proof and a detailed description of the battery issue.
Step 2: Our customer service team will guide you through the warranty procedure and provide relevant support.
Step 3: If we confirm that your battery is covered by the Qualisports warranty policy, we will provide you with free repair or replacement service.
Applicable Law:
Warranty is valid only in the Continental United States only. This battery warranty policy is governed by California law. Any terms or provisions that do not comply with this policy will be deemed invalid. We reserve the right to change or amend this policy at any time without notice.

BIKONIT WARRANTY
FRAME WARRANTY
Frame warranty lifetime.
1 YEAR LIMITED MANUFACTURER WARRANTY
All other components on the bike and extra-bought accessories warranty one year.
Exclusions from Warranty Contents
Normal wear and tear of consumable parts such as, tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, derailleurs, frame chips, kickstands, pedals, and crank arms.
Any damage or defects resulting from failure to follow instructions in the bikes owner’s manual, accident, misuse, negligence, abuse, improper assembly, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the bike as sold, operator error, or water damage.

MEIGI Warranty
Warranty Policy
1.Who does this Warranty apply to?
DWMEIGI DIRECT extends this limited warranty only to (a) the consumer who originally purchased the Product, and/or (b) any person to whom the Product is transferred during the applicable Warranty Period, but only if such person has a copy of the original proof of purchase received by the consumer who originally purchased the Product ("you").
2.What does this Warranty cover?

3.What does this Warranty not cover?
- DWMEIGI DIRECTrecommends professional assembly of our e-bikes and damage caused by improper assembly is not covered
- This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to:
- (a) abuse, neglect, or intentional damage;
- (b) transportation (after the initial delivery of the Product by Serial 1);
- (c) storage;
- (d) improper use;
- (e) failure to follow the Product instructions or failure to perform any preventive maintenance;
- (f) modifications;
- (g) unauthorized repair;
- (h) installation of parts other than Serial 1 parts or their equivalent (as approved by Serial 1);
- (i) corrosion and normal wear and tear; or
- (j) external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.
- Consumables such as batteries, tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, grips, spokes, and cables are generally not covered under the terms of the limited warranty but may be replaced at the discretion of DWMEIGI DIRECT
- As noted in (3), batteries are considered consumables, and replacement is strictly limited to defective batteries
- Customization of the motor, gears, and controllers will void warranty claim
- Normal wear and tear are not covered
- DWMEIGI DIRECTmay not be exactly as shown in the photos on the DWMEIGI DIRECT' website and third party websites due to shortages of parts (related to the supply chain) and/or upgrades to components of the bikes. Substitution of parts is not considered sufficient cause for the return of a bike or replacement of parts
- Bikes are only warrantied in the jurisdiction of sale
- Warranty is not covered for replacement products
- Warranty is non-transferable and proof of purchase must be provided upon request
- Bikes purchased from unauthorized dealers are not covered by this warranty
- Upon request DWMEIGI DIRECTmay ask for images and videos for warranty verification purposes
- While every effort is made to ensure quick processing of warranty claims DWMEIGI DIRECTrequires up to 30 days to process warranty claims
Revibikes Warranty

From July 1st, 2023, individuals who purchase a Revibikes ebike will be entitled to a 2-year standard warranty! (*Previous purchases are still only guaranteed for one year)
We have hand-picked industry-leading components that are extremely reliable. If you find any problems with our products, refer to our warranty policy as follows;
