Sur-Ron series models will arrive at our US warehouse in early February. All Sur-Ron series units will then be shipped from our California warehouse. Stock of models and colors is limited, and pre-orders are now open. Once the units reach our US warehouse, orders will be fulfilled in the order they were received.

We primarily ship to the contiguous United States (Lower 48 states) and select regions in Canada. If you are located in Hawaii, Alaska, or other territories, please contact our support team for a custom shipping quote.

Yes, you can cancel your pre-order for a refund at any time before the item has shipped. However, a cancellation fee will be charged, which is deducted by Shopify and your payment bank. The exact amount depends on your bank and credit card type, typically ranging from 2.6% to 3.9% of the order value. Once the item has shipped, our standard return policy applies, which may include restocking fees and return shipping costs.

By default, Sur-Ron bikes are sold as off-road dirt bikes. They do not come with mirrors, turn signals, or a license plate bracket installed. However, the Light Bee X and Ultra Bee can often be registered as mopeds or motorcycles in many states if you add a street-legal kit. Please check your local DMV laws as regulations vary by state.

The bikes arrive about 90-95% assembled. You will typically need to install the front wheel, handlebars, and footpegs. We provide a toolkit and video guides. The process usually takes 30-60 minutes and requires basic mechanical skills.
