What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

To ensure brand commitment, our initial opening order requires a minimum of 3 units(mix and match allowed). For subsequent re-stocking orders, the minimum is 2 units. Dropshipping accounts have no MOQ requirements.

Do you offer credit terms?

Initial orders require payment upfront via Wire Transfer, ACH, or Credit Card. Net-30 terms may be extended to qualified long-term partners after 6 months of consistent order history and a credit check.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs vary by location and volume. We offer discounted commercial freight rates for bulk pallet orders. Orders of 5+ units often qualify for free or subsidized shipping to commercial zones.

Do the bikes arrive assembled?

No, bikes are shipped in metal crates and are approximately 90% assembled. As a dealer, you are responsible for the final assembly (front wheel, handlebars, footpegs) and performing a Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) before handing over to the customer.

Can I get territory exclusivity?

Territory protection is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and is typically reserved for high-volume dealers with a physical showroom who commit to quarterly sales targets.
